How Our EHCP Appeal Support Can Help

An EHCP is a legal document describing a child or young person’s special educational needs, the provision required to meet those needs and, where relevant, the educational setting they should attend. SEND Tribunal appeals

We help families prepare appeals about a refusal to assess, refusal to issue an EHCP, the contents of Sections B, F or I, a refusal to amend, a decision to cease to maintain the plan, or a disputed education placement. Support can include drafting clear grounds of appeal, organising case documents and liaising with the professionals involved in your child’s education, health and care.
